This service allows providers to provide community nursing supports to participants which require higher levels of care assistance.
This service usually involves advanced care or training supplied by an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Early intervention and Early Childhood support

Support children aged 0-6 with a mix of therapies such as physiotherapy or speech therapy to prevent future complications in life. Also, we offer the expertise of skilled and experienced speech pathologists to deliver services.

This service provides assistance and supervision for personal tasks of day to day living to enable participants to live as autonomously as possible. This allows providers to assist participants in gaining and maintaining employment. The service will vary depending on the participant's needs. Examples include creating resumes, attending interviews, attending/supervising the workplace.

This service assists participants to develop and maintain important life skills such as learning about public transport, resumes, taxes, saving skills, social and physical activity skills etc.

This allows providers to assist participants to attend areas in the community. For example, shopping trips, appointments, leisure activities.
